Central Park Fusion Cuisine

Hot Springs, Arkansas

Central Park Fusion Cuisine is
the best restaurant to open in Hot Springs over the past several
years. If you drive by its location, the old Arkansas Bank & Trust
branch building, in the evening you will see that many locals
have already found it. We started out with their Fried
Brie. The brie cheese was wrapped in phyllo dough.
It was served with sun dried tomatoes, candied walnuts, fresh
basil pesto, and tasty crostini (small pieces of toast) to
spread everything on. It was very good and the price was
great at $6.

The next item we tried was the Duck
Confit Egg Roll appetizer. It came with three dipping
sauces: sweet and sour, spicy thai, tropical fruit chili.
The duck was plentiful and the sauces were all good.

I ordered a pasta dish that was good
but the appetizers stood out on this trip. Try the Central
Park Fusion Cuisine restaurant for lunch or get there early for
dinner to avoid long waits. They are located just past the
Hot Springs Fountain on Park Avenue. Look for the giant
frog fountain in front.
