Via Roma is one of the newer Italian restaurants in Hot Springs.  It resides in a building that has had restaurant failure after failure so just by the fact that it is still open says something.  I've tried a lot of their dishes including their "Veal on the Bone" special (Osso Buco) and they have all been very good.  The service, while not bad,  could have been a little better at times.  I think this small new restaurant could become the best Italian restaurant in Hot Springs if they stay on track.
