High end steakhouse with maybe the largest selection of fine bourbon and whiskey in the state.  Reservations are recommended.  501 Prime serves USDA prime beef, scallops, oysters, a peach bourbon pork chop and much more.  The Bourbon Bar upstairs is more casual and it has outdoor seating.  They often have drink speacials on Thursday evenings.
