The man behind Deluca's Pizzeria, Anthony Valinotia, a native of Brooklyn, New York, had a friend tell him about Hot Springs.  He decided to come into town to see it for himself. He loved Hot Springs and decided this was the place he was going to make his new home.  Lucky for Hot Springs Anthony understands fresh homemade Napoletana pizza. He personally makes the dough daily. He uses only the best ingredients and cooks each pizza in a brick oven. There's no need to leave Hot Springs and travel to Naples for outstanding Pizza. You can get it from our local pizza expert but make sure you get it before the fresh made dough runs out each day.
