Rib Cage BBQ is located on Central Avenue on the far side of town in a trailer configured to smoke delicious BBQ. Most locals get their BBQ to go but there are some outside covered tables to enjoy your food on site as well. They open on Thursday, Friday and Saturday at 11AM until 8PM or when they are sold out. They often sell out. We’ve seen claims of them being open on Tuesday and Wednesday but call to avoid disappointment. The Rib Cage started out on the competitive BBQ circuit to learn the ropes then they settled in their current location. The on the road experience worked well as they have the best BBQ brisket sandwich hands down in town. Their other options are also good but it’s hard to pass up the oversized brisket sandwich.
