Via Roma is a nice Italian restaurant in Hot Springs. It resides in a building that has had restaurant failure after failure so just by the fact that it has thrived says something. This small family owned restaurant is one of the best Italian restaurants in Arkansas.  They often have specials including Osso Buco (Veal on the Bone) and tomahawk steak.
